Fabrizio Montalto is an executive chef with over twenty years of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens and luxury hotels in London, Paris, Switzerland, the Middle East, and Italy.
He works as a seasonal culinary consultant for Michelin-starred restaurants and 4–5 star hotels, among others, supporting F&B teams and management teams that want to raise standards, profitability, and prestige without sacrificing their own identity.
After years of top-level roles in Italy and abroad, Fabrizio wanted to transform a one-off career into a clear, repeatable, and sustainable seasonal consulting model: living in Sicily with his family, working during key periods on a specific number of projects, recognized as a national and international benchmark.
