Who is Pizza Amor?
Pizza Amor is an artisanal pizzeria in Randazzo that has brought authentic Roman pan pizza to eastern Sicily, combining the ancient Roman technique with premium Sicilian ingredients. Specializing in pan pizza with a 48-72 hour leavening period, it offers more digestible pizza, artisanal first courses, and homemade main courses.
The ambition was to transform a generic pizzeria into a specialized brand, creating a category monopoly in Randazzo for Roman pizza.
To achieve this goal, we needed business planning to structure a scalable business model, a digital identity that communicated the differentiation "Rome in the heart, Sicily in the soul," organic social media management to educate the market, a strategic menu that maximized margins, and an interactive experience using NFC technology.
